Reward your customers who are loyal to the company. Whether it is discounts, or a free product on your 5th visit, there are always ways to create customer loyalty to keep bringing the customers back.

Provide customers with knowledge about your industry in educational sessions, webinars, and luncheons.
7. Throw a Party
Plan something special for your customers for no reason at all. Everybody loves get-togethers, and it is a good way to get to know your customers even more.
