Has Your Title Company Ever Thanked You? | Title Company

At Allied Title & Escrow, we recently heard a story from a developer who explained that they had brought hundreds of deals to their title company over the years and the title company had never reached out to simply say thank you. It may sound ridiculous, but companies often take their clients for granted instead of thanking them for their continued business.

At Allied Title & Escrow, we believe one of the main reasons for our success is that our customers gave us a shot to earn their business and have stuck with us ever since. As a result, we make it one of our top priorities to thank our customers every month for the business they bring us. We send out monthly thank you cards highlighting every deal our clients brought us, someone from our team thanks the referral source for every deal that comes in, and we go above and beyond to reach out to clients to see how their business is going and understand if there are ways we can help them achieve their goals.

With Thanksgiving around the corner, we researched what were the best ways that companies in other industries thanked their clients. Here are the top 7 we found:

1. Spotlight Customers

Feature clients on your company website. This will let them know how much they are valued.

2. Do the Unexpected

Do something that is unexpected. For example, each Valentine’s Day you can send your clients flowers. This is a great way to show your appreciation AND get in the holiday spirit.

3. Refer Customers

Always look for opportunities to refer customers. This can mean linking their business to a social media post or posting thoughtful comments on their social media, and even providing them with a testimonial.

4. Pay it Forward with a Great Book

Is there any book that has been very influential or helped guide your company? If so, you can send clients a copy with a note that explains the value of the book.

5. Create a Customer Loyalty Program

Reward your customers who are loyal to the company. Whether it is discounts, or a free product on your 5th visit, there are always ways to create customer loyalty to keep bringing the customers back.

6. Provide Learning Opportunities

Provide customers with knowledge about your industry in educational sessions, webinars, and luncheons.

7. Throw a Party

Plan something special for your customers for no reason at all. Everybody loves get-togethers, and it is a good way to get to know your customers even more.
