  • The Closing Disclosure will be reviewed and all remaining closing costs will be paid by the buyer.

  • The title to the property will be signed over to the buyer. This is how the seller transfers ownership. 

  • To become the new official owner of the property, the newly drawn up and signed property deed will be electronically filed with appropriate official records. 

  • The seller then receives the payment for the property, minus any mortgage balance or closing costs.
